Unroll your mats for a 45 minutes yoga flow with Bhakti every Tuesday at 4pm. It is suitable for beginners and for seasoned practitioners. Along with Hatha Yoga stretches you will also do some breathing exercises and gentle stretches to open up the shoulders and upper back
About Bhakti
Bhakti is French and has been practicing yoga & meditation since 2004. She completed her Yoga Teacher training in 2005 from New Zealand. She travels to India every year to practice yoga herself and has been teaching yoga for over 12 years.
